Our own creation, this cheese was supposed to be a Fontina, but it became even better.
The aroma and flavors of butter and toasted nuts abound, and crunchy tyrosine crystals are present in almost all the wheels. This is a multi-purpose cheese, great for snacking, fondues, grilled cheese sandwiches, and many other recipes. Made in 32 pound wheels.
Ingredients: Whole raw milk, cultures, salt, microbial rennet
