We take 6 month old cheddar cheese, and soak it in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wine to get a delightful purple color on the outside, with a creamy white center. A must-have for party trays, thin slices of Purple Moon will entice your audience, whether casual or formal. Made in 40 pound blocks, we cut the blocks and soak individual pieces in 1/2 and 1 pound sizes.
