Chipoltle Cheddar

This cheese is similar to Pepper Jack, but with more cheese flavor.  It is made for sandwiches, and for snacking, but it can also be used in recipes.  Made in 40 pound blocks.

Ingredients: Whole raw milk, cultures, salt, microbial rennet

Aged 6 - 12 months
