Wow! This spicy cheddar will sneak up on you with some heat.  Your first taste will not reveal the heat, but moments later…  This is a great cheese for sandwiches, hot or cold, and also for uses in cooking where hot, spicy, flavor is desired.  Made in 40 pound blocks.

Ingredients: Whole raw milk, cultures, salt, microbial rennet
