This is our Fiscalini Cheddar flavored with garlic.  Bold, but not overpowering, this is a great cheese to add to sandwiches for an added flavor boost.  Made in 40 pound blocks.

Ingredients: Whole raw milk, cultures, salt, microbial rennet
