Made the same way as our clothbound cheddar, this cheese is in the shape of a block, and aged in air-tight plastic bags to keep the cheese more moist. This cheese has great cheddar flavor, slices well, and can be used for snacking, sandwiches, or cooking. Made in 40 pound blocks.

Ingredients: Whole raw milk, cultures, salt, microbial rennet
