Bandage Wrapped Cheddar

Cheddar the way it is supposed to be made, and the exquisite taste and texture to go with it.

Produced in 60 pound wheels wrapped in cheesecloth, aged 18 months.  Has a classic sharp cheddar taste without the "bite", wonderful aromas and texture, and a soft, lingering finish.

Ingredients: Whole raw milk, cultures, salt, microbial rennet
