Our fresh farmstead Bocconcini is a creamy, semi soft bite sized mozzarella, with a traditional spongy texture. It is packaged in whey. Each batch of this farmstead mozzarella is made by hand in an open vat, using only natural ingredients, using only the milk produced on site by our herd of contented California cows. In 2008 this cheese won a bronze medal at the World Cheese Awards in Dublin, and a gold medal at the Los Angeles County Fair.
